Shipping for School Orders
All orders placed with a school listed below are not shipped directly to the shipping/billing address. The orders will only be sent to the school for pickup on the designated pickup dates listed on each school's store page.
Please note that in order to not get charged for shipping put in your school's coupon code at checkout. If you put pickup instead of the school coupon code and it gives our company address, the order will still be sent to the school at the designated time.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer any returns or refunds on any of our items that have been screen printed, sublimated, monogrammed, embroidered, or personalized in any way.
Please remember to inspect your order as soon as your receive it. If picking up, please inspect your items at the office.
If you find any defect in your product, or if there was an error in production, you have 72 hours from the date of your receipt to contact us regarding the issue. If we receive no email or phone call, we will assume that the order is acceptable, and no refund will be given.
Our office is located in the two story building at end of the concrete driveway. Our address is 6845 Spencer Dixon Rd. Greensboro, NC 27455.
For those that are picking up an order please wait for notification before picking up. Your order number and name are needed for pickup.
Store pickup hours are normally Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9:30am-11:30am and 3:30pm-5:30pm.
Normal order turnaround is 2-3 weeks, plus ship time. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of personalization completion. If you prefer, you may choose to pick up your order from our office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9am-12pm and 3pm-5:30pm) after you have received notification that it is complete. If you would like to place a pick-up order, please use the coupon code "PICKUP" in order to remove the shipping charge. Please note that you are responsible for your purchase once it leaves the office. Remember to inspect all items before you sign.
We use the USPS to deliver our orders.
If a tracking # is provided by the USPS, we will send you a notification with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. When checking out, you will be shown the cost of shipping for all items being purchased.
Can I bring in my own items to be personalized?
Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own items to be personalized. We ask that you bring them in the office to make sure that the item can be embellished. Once it is approved for embellishment the fun begins and you can pick out your font, color, etc all in the office.
