There are possible delays for all items due to material shortages, rapid inventory changes and shipping delays as results of the ongoing Covid pandemic. If you order an item with a longer than expected delay we will contact you regarding that item. We appreciate your patience during these unprecedented times.
If you have a question regarding an online school order please contact your PTA first. We are simply a third party company that produces apparel for your school and our main contact is through the school PTA. Each item and price are set by your PTA based off of your schools needs and wants.
As for any refunds and/or exchanges we have an agreement with each school that all sales are final due to the nature of each item being custom made to order. At checkout our refund policy can be read in full and must be checked and agreed upon before finishing checkout. Each school has their own buy back policy, please contact your school PTA for more information.
